Leiths School of Food & Wine is a leading UK professional cookery school with a reputation for nurturing some of the most talented professionals in the food industry.
Founded in 1975 by Prue Leith, the school is famous for its year-long Diploma course, and graduates become the top chefs, recipe developers, food stylists and entrepreneurs of the food world.
In 1996 Leiths Academy was established to bring the Leiths ethos and cooking methods to school age students. There are currently 29 Leiths Academy Schools across the UK and growing in number. September 2022 sees the launch of the new Leiths Academy courses which sit across both certification and life-skills and enrichment. The latter deliverable online, without cookery rooms where necessary or in student’s homes, but all supported by Leiths talented cookery teachers, inspiring cookery for life.
